DATES AND HOURS
What are Centreville Park's opening and closing times?
The Amusement Park – Centreville Amusement Park is only open May through September with varying opening and closing times. it is owned and operated by William Beasley Enterprises Ltd.
The Toronto Islands Park – is open year round. It is operated and maintained by the City of Toronto. If you have questions about the park, beaches, ferry or other amenities on the islands – please visit their website.
What are the hours at Centreville Amusement Park?
We are open for weekends in May.
We will be open daily in June through Labour Day: weather permitting
We will be open for weekends in September and our last day is on September 24th.
Visit our calendar if you are looking for the dates and times that we will be open throughout our 2023 season. Please note that our hours of operation are subject to change.
RIDES
Will all rides be open?
We always aim to have all rides open at the park. There are circumstances when a ride needs repair, refurbishment or maintenance and we will need to close the ride to do so safely. We will update our site daily as to which rides are closed that date, please check before your visit to avoid disappointment.
ACCESSIBILITY
Do you provide a discount for people with disabilities?
If the person with the disability purchases an All Day Ride Pass at the regular rate, we offer one support person admission to the rides for free. Please notify the cashier at the time of purchase and they will be more than happy to help.

AMENITIES
What else is there to do on the island?
There are many attractions on the island besides Centreville Amusement Park! You can enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants, rent bicycles and boats, tour the TD Franklin Children’s Garden, play in the splash pad or visit the blue flag rated beach, plus much more.
Where can I purchase ferry tickets?
The ferry over to Centre Island is run by the City of Toronto and tickets are purchased through them and are available online.
If you have any questions about the ferry, please contact the city of Toronto. Centreville runs independently from the ferry service and tickets to our park do not include the ferry trip.
Are there other amenities and things to do on the island?
In short – absolutely! There are many other attractions here in the island park for you to enjoy if you can peal your children out of Centreville! There are bicycle rentals, boat rentals, Franklin’s Children’s Garden, 2 city splash pads, beautiful beaches, a pier and a boardwalk, sports facilities, water sport rentals, fields for picnics, restaurants and bars gardens and a hedge maze along with many other amenities.
Can you BBQ on the island?
Yes, but it must be a charcoal BBQ only.
Is there a water park on the island?
Although we do not have a water park, you can cool off by by plunging down the Saugreen Lumber Mill Log Flume in Centreville! There are also 2 splash pads that are operated by the City of Toronto – one is located in Centreville Amusement Park, the other is close to Centre Beach.
Do you need to book a picnic site?
You will need to book a picnic site only if you have more than 25 people in your group. Please call 416-392-8188 to reserve a picnic site. For Special Events and Catering please contact Centre Island Catering Summer Office (416) 203-0405 / Winter Office (416) 234 – 2345.
Are there bank machines on the island?
Please be aware that there are no bank machines located on Centre Island. Every service on the island accepts cash, debit and credit. American Express is not accepted.
Is there specific parking for Centreville visitors?
There is no specific parking lot for visitors to Centreville – there are a variety of parking lots situated within a 5-minute walk from the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal. These parking lots are neither owned nor operated by Centreville Amusement Park.
RESTRICTIONS
What is your definition of an infant?
Children who wish to go on any of the rides are required to purchase a pass or to purchase individual tickets. All children grow at different rates and develop different skills. Instead of age restrictions, children who are able to walk, run and support themselves unassisted are allowed on rides.
If you are trying to determine if your child meets these requirements, consider this: can your child walk unassisted onto a ride themselves? If they can, they are ready to go on rides. If they cannot, they will need to visit again when they can.
What is the age range for the Park?
Centreville Amusement Park is very family oriented park, with rides and attractions suitable for all ages but is geared towards families with children 12 and under.
Can women who are pregnant go on rides?
No, pregnant women are not allowed on rides for their safety
ADMISSION AND PRICES
Do you have Mother’s Day and Father’s Day Specials?
Yes – we are celebrating parents! On Mother’s Day – moms ride free with the purchase of an All Day Ride Pass for their child. On Father’s Day, dad’s ride free with the purchase of an All Day Ride Pass.
Why can’t I purchase online for a visit tomorrow?
You are able to purchase tickets online at a discounted rate in advance. This option is valid only up to 24 hours before your trip time and date.
Do your pass rates include the ferry over?
No, our tickets and passes do not cover the ferry trip over. The island ferry service is operated by the City of Toronto. Information about schedules and pricing can be found online at: http://www.toronto.ca/parks/island/ferry-schedule.html

Is the season pass the same price for children and adults?
Yes it is, and it pays for itself if you plan on visiting the park 2 or more times!
Do babies need to purchase tickets?
Children who wish to go on any of the rides are required to purchase a pass or to purchase individual tickets. All children grow at different rates and develop different skills. Instead of age restrictions, children who are able to walk, run and support themselves unassisted are allowed on rides
Do parents have to pay to go on rides with their children?
Yes. Anyone including parents who wish to accompany their children on rides will need to purchase passes or tickets.
Can guardians share season passes if they bring children on different days?
Season passes’ cannot be shared. A photo ID card will be taken and needed to be presented each visit to obtain a wristband for the day.
Do individual tickets expire?
No! Tickets never expire but they are non-refundable. If you have tickets from previous years, they are still valid.
Do you have any promotions or discount codes?
We do not have any discount codes this year. If you come across a coupon or a code online – that site is most likely fraudulent. Do not buy tickets from second hand sellers, as they won’t likely be valid or accepted. Tickets can be purchased on our site here or at the park.
Can the Family of 4 All Day Ride Pass be purchased for four adults?
Yes! The Family of 4 All Day Ride Pass may be purchased for groups of four adults. The only requirement for purchasing a Family of 4 All Day Ride Pass is that your group must include a minimum of one adult. Big kids like to have fun too!
