Admissions, Ticketing & Memberships

By purchasing a ticket or membership, or entering the park, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

  • All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges.
  • Admissions, tickets, and memberships are non-transferable and subject to park rules and regulations.
  • Rides and attractions may have height, weight, or health restrictions. Guests are responsible for reviewing these requirements before purchasing tickets or memberships.
  • Park admission does not guarantee access to all attractions; availability may vary.
  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or group leader.
  • Violation of park rules may result in ejection without refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny admission or remove guests without refund for rule violations, safety concerns, or disruptive behavior.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in rides and attractions carries inherent risks. Guests voluntarily assume these risks, including potential injury or death.

  • Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical condition before using attractions.
  • Individuals with medical conditions (including pregnancy, heart, neck, or back issues) should avoid certain rides.
  • Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited from riding.
  • By entering the park, guests waive any claims against the park, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates for injuries or damages.

Safety & Conduct

Safety is a shared responsibility. Guests must:

  • Follow all posted signs, operator instructions, and safety guidelines.
  • Exercise good judgment and act responsibly.
  • Use all provided safety equipment properly.
  • Refrain from using attractions under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Behave in a family-friendly manner at all times.

Smoking (including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes) and illegal substances are prohibited. The park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Membership Terms

  • Memberships are valid only for the individual they are issued to and are non-transferable.
  • Fraudulent use of a membership may result in revocation without refund.
  • Photo ID is required to obtain a wristband for ride admission.
  • Memberships grant access during normal operating hours but exclude special events or private parties.

Park Operations & Closures

  • The park operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We may adjust operating hours, temporarily close attractions, or limit access due to maintenance, weather, safety concerns, or special events.
  • Advance notice of closures may be provided but is not guaranteed.

Photography & Media Use

  • Unauthorized commercial photography is prohibited.
  • The park may capture images or videos of guests for security, promotional, or commercial use without compensation.
  • By entering, you consent to such use of your likeness.
